We know finding the perfect fitting suit is important and want you to feel like a Goddess in your new bikini so please feel free to contact us with any questions about the fit or styles before your purchase.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
Exchange/Return Policy

Return Policy: Items purchased from this website at full price or with a discount of 15% or less and that are in new and unworn condition with the tags and hygienic liners attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
Items purchased with a 20% discount or higher can be returned for store credit only.
This does not include pieces from our sale section.
Final Sale: Pieces purchased from our sale section are final sale and are not eligible for return unless your item is damaged upon receiving it or it is not the correct product you ordered. If your final sale item is faulty or if you have received the incorrect item please contact our customer team for assistance and to organize a replacement of the item, if possible.
Return Cost: Our returns process is not free. A $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return for a refund to your original payment method. The cost of shipping on your order is non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

- Sale items purchased with a 30% discount or higher
- Items marked "final sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. No exceptions.
Exchanges and Returns:
If you would like to return or exchange the bikini for a return or store credit you must submit your request to Goddess Swimwear within 30 days from the day the bikini was delivered. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.The bikini must be unworn, unwashed with all tags and hygienic liners in tact.
All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All exchanges must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
If the hygienic liner has been removed or removed and put back on the bikini bottom that piece will be retuned to the sender as this is a hygiene issue and we cannot accept it for an exchange or return.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS USED ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

Unworn and unwashed
No makeup stains, bronzer, sunblock, dirt, deodorant marks, oil, perfume or odd scents, etc
MUST have hygienic liner originally attached. For health reasons we will not accept items without the hygienic liner or items with stain, marks, perfumes and the item will be mailed back to you.
