Lost or Stolen Packages

Goddess Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Customers can opt to add a signature confirmation to your package during the checkout process for an additional charge. If it is found that our courier has not handled your merchandise properly and we get reimbursed for our merchandise, we will pass the credit on to you as a store credit. 

Domestic

Goddess Swimwear ships with USPS for all standard shipping domestic orders. If Express shipping is purchased, we ship with the carrier that you select during checkout. All exchanges and returns are shipped with USPS.

Domestic orders over $100 travel FREE with USPS! 

Rates are based on location and weight of each order. 

USPS and Fedex do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you opt to purchase express shipping on the weekend or the day before a holiday, your merchandise will not be shipped until the following regular business day.

International

International Shipping is through USPS. Customers are responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order.

For assistance in calculating the potential total amount of duties/tax on your order, visit https://www.simplyduty.com/ and enter all information from your order. Use "bikini" for 'product description' for the most accurate estimate. 

Goddess Swimwear is also not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise when shipping international. The signature option is not available when shipping international and it is a risk the customer takes when purchasing.

If a parcel is sent back to Goddess Swimwear HQ for any reason, such as failure to pay duty or invalid address, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to resend the package. Any customer refusing to repay postage for invalid address or customs will forfeit their order.
